Introduction - Getting Started
If you are in an academic department, you will have a Department IT Rep (see www.lboro.ac.uk/faculty/fitcs/support.html), and a Faculty IT Co-ordinator (see www.lboro.ac.uk/faculty/fitcs/contact.html); these are your first point of call.
Staff are normally registered with our systems automatically from the Personnel System. The Human Resources department is responsible for setting this up. You will need access to a Network connection point to connect your computer to the University network (see www.lboro.ac.uk/it/network/net-request.html).
