You will need to enter your login name and password to access these guides.

The exceptions are "Launching In", "Branching Out", and the Hall Network Service Guide.

Introduction

This page contains IT Services' on-line publications.

The guides are available in three versions:

Hypertext / Web

Readable in, and printable from, a web browser such as Internet Explorer.

Word

Microsoft word format - you can take your own copy, make your own annotations or changes, and print the copy, provided you have Microsoft Word or a compatible program. Most commonly used on a P.C.

P.D.F.

Portable Document Format - read by Adobe Acrobat, portable over different computer platforms, always prints the same even on Unix or an Apple Mac. To save in this format right-click and select Save Target As in the pop-up menu.
